Happy Employees – Happy Clients

Pretty much every company says that their main value is happy client, but not everyone knows how to realize that into reality and how to change the motto into working practice.

Recently I have heard the phrase that if you want to make your client happy, then first you need to make your employees happy, and only then they can make your clients happy.

So it seems that in order to achieve success you really need to know your team. It seems that happiness is something abstract and mean different things to different people, but if you simply ask your colleagues about this, you will already see the tendency in their answers.

Every developer is happy, when they have a chance to solve complicated tasks and create something new from the scratch. When they can use all their knowledge, increase them and find the best solutions working on interesting projects.

Every manager is happy when the project team and the client is satisfied with the development process and all the tasks go smoothly.

Every team lead is happy when they see the growth of people, when they see motivation and enthusiasm, and of course, the result.

Every employee is happy when they have ability to grow, when they have a chance to implement the ideas, when they are fairly paid, when they know they are heard and appreciated, when they work in friendly atmosphere. When you spent your day in the office, where people smile and happy with what they do, then you have no other chance, then do the same.

Not all of this can be done by ordinary employees, but still a lot depends on us, if you show trust, respect and nice attitude to people and their work, you are one step closer to happy team and, as a result, happy clients.
